
ANDROID - APN CONFIGURATION
Configure the APN to activate the data if your phone is Android, enter in the mobile settings and follow the following steps:
- Settings-Mobile Networks-APN (Access points)
- Within APN (access points) you have to create a new APN. In the “name” you need to put “Dragonet” and in the section “APN” you need to put “inet.es”
- Then we saved and select the created APN.
- If your mobile is XIAOMI or BQ you are missing a step, the exact configuration for these devices is specified below.
IPHONE - APN CONFIGURATION
Configure the APN to activate the data if your phone is Iphone:
- Click on this link and download the: CONFIGURACIÓN APN
- After performing the above action, you need to go to settings-general-profile. Under “Profile” the downloaded APN will appear, you only have to click on “ok” to continue the process until it is installed.
XIAOMI - APN CONFIGURATION
Configure the APN to activate the data if your phone is XIAOMI, enter in the mobile settings and follow the following steps:
- Settings-Mobile Networks-APN (Access points)
- Within APN (access points) you have to create a new APN. In the “name” you need to put “Dragonet” and in the section “APN” you need to put “inet.es”
- In type of APN we add the configuration “default,supl,dun”
- Then we saved and select the created APN.
- If the data does not work you will have to check if the SIM of Dragonet is in slot 1. If not, you must place the SIM in slot 1.
- If you have made the previous setting and the data still not working, we recommend deleting all the APN created and create again the Dragonet APN.
BQ - APN CONFIGURATION
Configure the APN to activate the data if your phone is BQ, enter in the mobile settings and follow the following steps:
- Settings-Mobile Networks-APN (Access points)
- Within APN (access points) you have to create a new APN. In the “name” you need to put “Dragonet” and in the section “APN” you need to put “inet.es”
- In type of APN we add the configuration “default,supl,dun”
- Then we saved and select the created APN.
- If the data does not work you will have to check if the SIM of Dragonet is in slot 1. If not, you must place the SIM in slot 1.
- If you have made the previous setting and the data still not working, we recommend deleting all the APN created and create again the Dragonet APN.
